Kisqali/Faslodex anyone

Hey Everbody,
I started Faslodex shots last Monday and Kisqali 600mg last Tuesday. I have had major headaches, insomnia, diarrhea, joint pain and fatigue. Anyone else on this regimen and having side effects too ? Any tips to make the side effects better?
