Lumps in left male breast

Hello. I am a male of 21 years old. Last 2 weeks, i have discovered lumps in my left breast. 1 in the areola and 2 outside of it. The oncologist i consulted required an ultrasound but the result did not detect the lumps. I have felt pain in my left breast for 1 week but as days passed by less pain is felt. Last 2 days i consulted a surgeon and felt the lumps as the oncologist did not bother to feel it. The surgeon did require me to have an ultrasound again and waiting for the result. My question is if no lumps have been detected on ultrasound and i will request a mammogram and has the same result what should i do nexxt? And do i have a great risk of having male BC?
