ultrasound result, do i biopsy

29yo with a 2 year old daughter. 

these are my results, do I need biopsy?

• Findings: oblong shaped well circumscribed hypoechoic solid mass immediately deep to the right nipple measuring 1.2x0.6x0.9cm .the ultrasound characteristics suggesting benign right breast fibrodenomaimpression: 1.2. Cm well circumcised solid mass immediately deep to the right nipple suggesting a benign fibrodenoma.unremarkable left breast. Ultrasound. Benign nature is further suggested by the demographic of the patient.
  Birads-3: possibly benign findings. Short term interval follow up suggested.Reccommendation: follow up on physical examination repeat right breast ultrasound in six months time

my pcp said to go to a surgeon for consult, i also dont have insurance
