Wondering if my post-biopsy pain is normal?

    Hi all! I received a BI RAD 4 'score' and just had my biopsy yesterday afternoon (over 24 hours ago). My nurse said the pain would dissipate over night essentially and if not, to take Tylenol/non-aspirin and it would go away. I took Tylenol this morning and it didn't make a difference and I feel like the pain has gotten much worse over the day-- also feel pain in my upper left ribs? I'm sure it's not a big deal, but I appreciate any advice/insight others have. My nurse was a little scatterbrained/and all over the place, and didn't share much more detail. (she kept joking "her memory was nonexistent", then told the doctor when he came in "we can't even pretend I have a memory" which was a little disconcerting!) She also told me it was fine to work out this morning which didn't jive with what I've read online so far.
