Jaw pain in MBC faslodex and xgeva

Yes, I am 50, and have been diagnosed MBC for well over a year now. I havn't updated my story in a long while now but hope to get to it soon, so much has happened and its been a difficult time. I had mets to spine fractured even and had a treatment that i solicited an RFA and a vertebraplasty however that wasn't anything to help the herniated discs and narrowing, pinching as well as osteo and other spots in spine. I have been on faslodex and xgeva for 13months. I have been in so much pain for so long however the joint pain has really amped up its intolerance. I have had back left side head pain and tingly/numbness for well over 2 years now. This pain has increased quiet a bit over the past few days with today by far being the worst. Yesterday the whole left side of my head and face have throbbed and was numbly, tingly all down side of head and face on left side.too. The pain and dull hurting in my jaw and cheek, upper gum etc is almost unbearable. I had a reasonably good PET scan in early May, thats to say that no new issues or increase. But this is definately a problem and almost hate to see what this new day will bring pain wise. Its not a seering pain more like a deep jaw tooth ache and I have dentures so tooth issues are unlikely, but the numb ache even affects my cheek skin on the left side. Can anyone give me any ideas as to what to look for in deciding or diagnosis and/or help I might can attribute or what might help. This is becoming so taxing and tensing and my neck is so tight from the pain and fatigue I always have excrutiating pain in my back esp since the tumor/fracture as well as its treatments, rads, and chemos and add to herniated discs etc. but this is really piling it on. Subsequently, I have some left sided lymphedema, I say that to say that My wrist on the left has been unrelentingly seering and throbbing in to a crescendo like a contraction and this may be unrelated but I think not, and as the hours pass this gets so much worse and it makes me freeze my hand and forced to hold it stiff and out like a pancake and it comes close to taking my breath. There is so much pain and there in NO relieving it until it does it itself. Im only 1wk out on this cycle of 4wks so If indeed this is the faslodex and or xgeva then theres no relief for a while, I have resorted to deep breathing and meditating to trying imagery to get me through. I have a drug arsenal that includes the 3day fent patch. I have other things but try to limit any of that. like i say, I think its all related, anyone have anything similar, please help. ps: forgot to mention, lymph nodes in neck esp on right have been an issue for a while prompting my onco/surg sent me to ent surgeon whom said could be meds, infection or salivary gland blocked. now the left is large as well and my neck on the left feels thick and achey as well. and my entire bod of joints and my bones hurt so so bad and I am SSSOOOOOOO fatigued, additionally, my neck pops so loud every little bit as I move and I have the unconcious nerve jerks body wide.
