IDC SIZE Vs ( IDC +DCIS )

My path reports

Invasive carcinoma - 27 mm

Whole tumour size (DCIS+IDC) - 77 mm

Which size will the oncologist consider to decide about chemo

Australia does not have Oncotype test. The samples are sent to USA for testing It is an expensive test $50000 . So I was wondering if whole tumour size will decide tumour then it is not worth spending money .
