Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Grade 2 in Intramammary Gland

Has anyone had intramammary gland as the initial marker? I will have an MRI to determine primary cancer and / or if it has spread. I see surgeon in 3 days. There is not a lot of info on Intramammary glands as a primary. OR, if it is a primary breast cancer that has metastisized to intramammary gland.
