Arm Pain After SLD

Forgive me if there is another post about this, I can't seem to find a search function. I had a bilateral mastectomy with bilateral SLD (3 on each side) in April. I'll be 3 months out on July 9th and I feel like my left arm pain is getting worse. I did the exercises for a bit, but felt like my daily life was giving my arm enough exercise. I'm starting to wonder if something is wrong, or if I am just experiencing pain as I try and rebuild the muscles and range of motion. Have any of you guys had the same? How long before it's back to normal? Thanks in advance!
