Tissue expander trouble

So I had double mastectomy on June 13th with tissue expanders placed. Everything was going great until this past Tuesday the 26th my left breast (the good one! it was her sister on the right that was a b*tch!) so I start having some pain in my left arm pit area ... I just thought I had over done it some how (I am left handed) then I had a low grad fever that night. Wednesday I went to my regular appointment with PS but every thing look fine not really any redness...some slight fluid buildup but nothing he was concerned about however he sent me him some antibiotics just incase. So I from Wednesday night until I could not take it any more early Friday morning I fought a fever that went up to its highest of 102.7 on Friday ! Pain ... pressure from the fluid. Which btw I had been in contact with my a PS the entire time. So needless to say am sitting in a hospital bed! I have had blood cultures done along with numerous other blood test. Also the PS took out my tissue expander on the left side he said he would need to leave it out for at least 3months!! I am at little worried about how this will effect my reconstruction ... also they still haven't gotten the cultures back so. I know some people are not able to complete reconstruction and I will learn to deal with that but I really hope and pray they can fix it ! Anyone else have this issue ? What was your result ? What time frame ?
