Painful mass in upper outer quadrant of right breast axilla
Hi everyone,
So I'm 31 years old and I started experiencing a stinging burning type of sensation in my right armpit that kept me up all night in August or September of 2017. I went to an urgent care the next day because the burning was keeping me from rest and constant without relief discomfort. A month later after going to primary, emergency room, and urgent care multiple times complaining they sent me for a mammogram and diagnostic ultrasound of the right Breast and axilla.... (October 2017) mammogram, both came back negative and I got a letter stating I had dense breasts. Went back to emergency room several more times was checked for DVT .... negative, checked for heart issues all came back negative, sent to a breast specialist who referred me to heart doctor and so on...breast specialist said she suspected a muscle tear in Nov 2017. Had 2 MRI tests one of right shoulder and one of chest wall right side both showed no abnormalities. Again frustrated this lump has not gone away and the pain is a constant never disappearing matter in my armpit this entire time up to the present. Had 1 more ultrasound done in April and it came back negative. Have had maybe 5 doctors out of 40 so to speak who claim to feel a lump where I complain I feel one most of whom have stated I have a muscular issue which has also been ruled out. So Its now going on July 2018. I seen my primary 3 or 4 weeks ago and she felt lumps in both breasts at a prior visit 2 months ago. Said I have fibrocystic breast disease. 3 or 4 weeks ago she don't feel it is claiming muscle and gives me a shot if lidocaine in the armpit which hurt like ever living h**l. That did not resolve anything longer than 2 hours and it's even more painful and I was also referred to physical therapy. I'm at a loss what to do but I just turned 31 a week ago. Have breast cancer history in surviving maternal grandma who had mastectomy 12 years ago still in remission. I also have a 10 year history of pelvic problems from 2 prior STI infections in 2010 which I've undergone 2 lapariscopic surgeries and a 3rd coming up in July. I have newly diagnosed hyperthyroidism, vitamin d deficiency hypocalcemia, cervical ddd, arthritis, asthma and a few other things. I've had constant pain and discomfort in right axillary right breast up into collar bone and shoulder blade and ribs lung area with nothing that relieves it, ice... Heat... Anti inflammatory nothing helps. And I cannot even get anyone to believe me or claim to feel this lump to get me a biopsy. What do I do or does this description of symptoms ring a bell to anyone. I'm really scared I've got breast cancer and July 31st I undergo my 3rd laparoscopic surgery to remove a 7.2 CM septated complex cyst left side along with a hysteroscopy to remove polyps. I have been adamant for 10 months something is seriously wrong and complaining to every specialist I've seen, you don't get pain for no reason and a hard, almost brick feeling lump in your armpit. Anyone out there with some advice or other approaches I can take I'd love to hear from you I'm exhausted with the run around and the issue in my armpit not being a resolved matter still. Really need some help here am at a loss. I still do not have a cancer or non cancer , rule out diagnosis from anyone, but I'm in terrible pain discomfort and it's just starting to take over my entire right side of upper body including numbness and loss of use and function of my entire right arm for 10 months. I can't take it anymore.
Thanks everyone
Katrina Davies

I don't know, but I think that all the MRIs and scans and specialists have probably pretty definitively ruled out breast cancer. I hope you get some relief soon
