What's causing the bad sweet taste?

One of the pre meds makes everything, particularly water, taste sweet to me in a bad way for days after and I'm not sure which drug it is.
It's either...
1. IV Aloxi (Palonosetron)
2. IV Benadryl.
3. IV Dexamethasone.
Does anyone have any ideas? It comes on pretty quickly after they administer the pre meds but before the chemo.
