Enlarged node in neck

I had DCIS last year and then a bilateral mastectomy as I am BRCA2. For the past 2 months I’ve noticed an enlarged node in my neck. My oncologist looked at it last week and wants to remove it. Has anyone experienced a recurrence similar to this or a new cancer starting in the node?
