Need some insight please

Hi everyone. I am new here. I am 44 years old with a “weak” family history of breast cancer. Nine days ago I went for my yearly mammo that came back with a Birads 0 with asymmetric breast tissue. I went back this past Tuesday to repeat my mammo and to have a sono. My mammo came back Birads 1 but my sono came back Birads 0.

My sono report states that “there is a complex structure in my right axilar. This structure shows to be non vascular on the sono but could be vascular”. It further states “This structure does not appear to be an atypical lymph node.”

Can anyone make heads or tails of this? I am going for an MRI on Tuesday. Any support you can offer would mean more than words can say. I am scared.
