Need lesions removed. So scared

hi all, I'm new to this forum and I don't have much support so I'm thankful to all of u. I'm 39 and quit my job. Because my private insurance runs out at the end of the month, I made a routine Gyno appt who found palpable nodules in my left breast. Immediate mammogram and ultrasound were done the next day and biopsy done on Friday. I had nodules on my right breast that he said looked benign and needed no further action. Today the dr who did the biopsy told me that the two on my left were papillary lesions and that they needed to be removed because although the biopsy tested benign, upon excision they can actually Be found malignant. I am mortified. Has anyone had papillary lesions removed? Thank you for your time
