Femara and upper back pain

Has anyone had their joint and muscle pain from Femara move to their upper back and cause pain there? It sometimes feels like tension and muscle soreness.

In addition to the suggestions you're sure to receive here, we'd like to add that you should probably reach out to your doctor so he/she can evaluate the situation and in the very least provide something to help you get relief.
