Major dental work before surgery

Hi ladies, I wish to know if anyone went for major dental procedure like extraction and bone graft before mastectomy and implant insertion ? I did some root canal and crowns and bridge oversees- such a bad idea. Now I have some infection, I was prescribed antibiotics, but I m one week shy of surgery on july3, 2018.
They won’t do anything much , but wondering if anyone did something before surgery.
My dentist will cal the surgeon, but my plastic surgeon said to go for it!
I just don’t want sutures and healing before major surgery, and stay rather on strong antibiotics. Thsnks in advance!!!
