How Long can one continue to receive chemo

I have been getting chemo the last four years. Last three months my wbc tanked platelets 44kn haemoglobin only 9. I also had neutropenia. The oncologist says my bone marrow is weak. I m tired of the emergency dept n hospital. Although I am Er positive I no longer respond to hormonal treatment. What options do I have.. I am only 55 . Any suggestions
