Can lymph node cancer be on opposite arm

got diagnosed a few weeks ago. Awaiting surgery. MRI came back clean for lymph node spread but awaiting surgery to do the sentinel biopsy to know for sure. Today found a pimple/bug bite type red colored bump near by left armpit. My idc was on my right nipple. Is it possible to have an infected lymph node on opposite arm this soon? Under normal circumstances I would thing this bump is a bug bite but since my diagnosis I’m paranoid about everything and my main concern right now is lymph node spread.
