Really worried

hi,

Am new in this forum and really need help...am 31 yr old...i have a dark red spot on my left breast and it appears to be a pimple its the size of a chickpea and has a white center and its there from last 8 months now or maybe more it never goes away and has grown bigger then it was and is very itchy...but other then that idont feel any other obvious breast cancer symptoms...should i be worried

I think you should go to the doctor and get it looked at.
