    The last 6 weeks I've had a biopsy, lumpectomy, SNB and then a re-excision.  At my radiation consult the dr shared that I have lymphatic vascular space invasion (LVI) present and this is one of the reasons for a longer course of radiation (4 weeks; 5 days a week) instead of a shorter possibility 1 week course.  I will see the medical oncologist tomorrow to prescribe the hormone therapy I need and to see if I will need chemo.  

    Can anyone share their experience or knowledge of this?
