not diagnosed but worried

I had a lump in the side of my left breast for a few weeks. It wasn't painful per-say, it just felt like I had been poked in that one area thousands of times, so more like a sore feeling. Recently that lump has gone away but now the pain has shifted to just about an inch under my left armpit. What should I do?
