No chemo

I have IDC 3,3cm grade 1( inside DCIS 2cm, grade 2) with sentinel node micro. my Mammaprint test result came back with LOW RISK (+0,050) and Luminal A( +1.03), HER2 type -0,412, Basal type - 0,484 . ER/PR + 100%. I dont know what the Numbers mean. Before the mammaprint test came, my onco advised me to get chemo( 4 AC and 12 TAXOL). I am during 14th radiation now( from 20). No chemo. But i will be in tamoxifen for 10 years. Without chemo can the cancer go in my blood strea

That is why you are taking tamoxifen it will protect you from stray cancer in your body. Tamoxifen will prevent cancer cells from feeding off estrogen in your body killing them. Chemo works by killing tons of fast growing cells.
