Hello. I will be undergoing fat grafting on my right breast soon. My surgeon has advised taking fat from my thighs. I was just wondering will I be left with lots of saggy skin in the areas wbere she takes the fat from?

Thanks

you shouldn’t. It won’t be a huge amount and you’ll wear a compression garment for several weeks afterward to help the skin adhere to the remaining underlying tissue. Make sure to wear that garment just like she tells you to and for as long as she says to so that you have optimal results.

I had 2 compression garments. I always had one clean while wearing the other. As soon as I felt sweaty or itchy I would take a shower put the clean one on and wash the other one I was wearing. I wore it constantly. It feels comfortable to have them on, I did it about 6 weeks. I had no problems as a result.

You might, especially if the surgeon aggressively removes from the inner thighs.  The outer thighs are much more forgiving.

As for compression garments, you may not be in one for weeks and weeks.  My surgeon just required 3 days and then wear according to comfort.  I switched to a pair of compression shorts/yoga pants at that point.  I had no issues.

I completed fat graphing 10 days ago. The fat was removed from my stomach. I wore a binder for 6 days and now spanx for another 2 days. I developed a rash around the perimeter of my stomach due to the tape. That is cleared up but now my breast where the fat was injected is red and warm . I'm afraid I have an infection. Has this happened to anyone.
