Exemestane - Spotting? Please help!

Hi everyone! Hoping someone can help me here or ease my mind. Back in 2012 my mom was diagnosed with pre-menopausal breast cancer (IDC - Stage 3) at age 44. Besides a few scares the last 5 years, all seems to be okay as of now. After chemo # 2 her period went away and never came back. After chemo she was put on Tamoxifen for 3 years but during a routine check with her oncologist her blood work had shown an increase in her estrogen levels. Shortly after, she had her ovaries removed and was switched to Exemestane. This morning I went in her room to get the Advil that was on her nightstand and I noticed some spotting on her sheets. When I told her about it she hadn't even realized it and when she went to the washroom this morning there was no blood / throughout the day there was no blood. She had no idea of this until I told her about it. I was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced anything like this or if anyone can try and ease my mind. Of course my mind is going to the worst case scenario but from everything I've read online, Mets to the uterus / genital area is extremely rare? She will be keeping an eye to make sure she doesn't see any spotting but she does have a checkup with her oncologist on July 3rd and she will definitely tell her about this. Even though it's been over 5 years she still gets checked every 6 months with blood work and a visit to her oncologist who is very thorough. I'm just honestly not sure if she has her hormone levels checked anymore since the ovary removal? Her oncologist said once the ovaries are out that the estrogen levels should drastically drop almost immediately. If anyone has any insight on this that would be really helpful as I am worried. Thank you so much :)
