Could my round saline implants be rotating and causing pain?

Ugh. I had dcis stage 0. For almost 2 years the nerve damage I had from surgery and exchange kept me from feeling anything. I had a double mastectomy with double reconstruction. Used round saline, kept my nipples. I think I can feel the thicker part of the implant near the area where my nipple is. And the area behind the non cancer side hurts. That is also the side where half my nipple came off and there is a lot of scar tissue on that side. I wish my nerves were not healed. I liked not being able to feel. I feel like maybe the scar tissue is being pulled a little. I go to my 6 month appointment in 2 weeks.

Anyone else had pain 2 years out?

I recently noticed pain under the reconstructed nipple where my saline implants sit below the pec muscle. I can feel, what I think might be the port for filling the implant. I think it has rotated itself into the back becoming the front. It has been 5 years since my last surgery and unfortunately my outstanding surgeon became ill and can no longer practice. I go to my surgeon next month for routine check up so will ask her. I can manage the occasional short burst of pain so don't think I'll have anything done now. I think mine rubs on the scar tissue also.
