Imaging/ultrasound question

I'm doing "active surveillance" for a 5x7mm area of DCIS, no surgery or other allopathic treatment. I have been using Essiac tea for 6 months (which I don't want to debate here) and have a 3D mammo and ultrasound booked in a month, appointment with the surgeon in two months. Post-biopsy and again 6 months ago, the mammo showed a single calcification. The radiologist said the US showed the area of DCIS.

My question is this: if the DCIS has shrunken or is gone, what will the imaging show? If it's gone, what will the radiologist see?

If it's indeterminate, what other imaging should I request?
