Looking for Tamoxifen article

Hello all!
I read an article several weeks ago that said (paraphrased, of course) that we receive "approximately 75% of the benefits of Tamoxifen in the first 2 years of taking it." I cannot seem to locate this article now, would anyone else have happened to read this and be able to send me the link?
