I found a red spot on both breasts

Hi I'm Jess and I just turned 16,and about a month ago I found on both of my breasts 2 dots (1 on each breast) they're the size of a pencil eraser, they don't itch, hurt, have a lump or anything and I thought wait just to see if they've y went away bythemselves but its already been a month!!! They haven't changed at all they look exactly the same...
also.. I have this uterus problem I forget the name but my uterus is smaller than normal and my doctor prescribed me some hormone pills for it to grow and my hormones to boost up. I don't know if that could have anything to do with it???
Please help Im worried it could be IBC or something bad
