Lapatinib with Xeloda anyone know its side effects

Hello everyone, anyone know about side effects of Lapatinib? Would they do more harm than good? My grandma has breast cancer mets to lung and it has caused pleural effusion, she has taken Lapatinib and Xeloda for some days. The doctor said it should be a long-time treatment. Please can anyone let me know if this will work or if there is any other treatment?
