Subareolar tumor- is lumpectomy possible?

Hi all! I was diagonsed with IDC on 6/6/18 and am meeting with the BS tomorrow. My tumor is in the 7:00 position partly under the areola. Im just wondering if a lumpectomy is even possible? Anyone with a subareolar tumor have one and if so, what did you think of the result? Im trying to prep myself on what to expect at the appt tomorrow
