So I was diagnosed Wednesday June 6 with Invasive Mammary Carcinoma with dominant lobular features. I have my pathology report, but dont understand alot of stuff on it. Can anyone help me decipher some of these things? I do know I am ERPR positive and HER2 negative. I am having an MRI on Monday and meet with oncologist on Tuesday. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Lif8ntez1970...so sorry you have to be here but welcome. I know you will find this community both comforting and full of knowledge. Sounds like you have invasive lobular carcinoma. You are hormone positive which means an anti hormone will be part of your treatment plan. MRIs are the best screening tool for your kind of breast cancer. Once they have those results your treatment plan will be put in place. Your age will be considered. They also have to determine if your BC has spread to your lymph nodes. I know how scary this all is. The beginning is the most stressful part. Please let us know if you have anymore specific questions. Good luck and we are all here for you.
