15 and left nipple inverted?

hello, i am15 and have 0 family history of breast cancer(just thyroid). Earlier i was resting my hand near my chest and didnt feel my nipple? I looked due to worry and it was inverted! I heard about it being a symptom of cancer so i had a big panic and my stomach hurts from anxiety at this point. I gentle squeeze popped it right back out, and its been a week since my period stopped for this month so idk of its hormones or something i should go see a doctor about.

After i had a slight pain in my nipple, but possibly from the squeeze. It feels like a mild burning but has pro-lasted a while.

Please help me :
