Unhappy with breast reconstruction

Following a double Mastectomy in March, I just had my expanders replaced with implants yesterday. In many meetings before the su I expressed to my PC that I no longer want to have the DD originals, and really wanted to be more of a C. I woke up this morning devastated to look like stormy Daniels. I'm at least a day D or more with the bulk of the volume up high. I understand this may drop after the first several weeks. But will insurance cover having these replaced with smaller implants if I am dissatisfied? I am so very disappointed!
