Lump after BMX

I had a BMX with DTI reconstruction in November of 2017 for DCIS, BRCA 2 positive. I’ve just noticed a lump on the same breast as DCIS. It feels like it’s attached to the alloderm. I can pull my skin up from the lump. What does a lump under the skin actually feel like? Is it affixed to the skin? Thank you!

    Bumping for Kkeden's question on lump under the skin. Can anyone offer advice/experience?

    Anyway, lumps feel different in very person, you really can't judge them on shape or movement... have you made an appointment to check it out?
