Vitamins to help heal skin during radiation?

Has anyone tried or had a recommendation on vitamins for your skin during radiation? I was dealing with some pretty severe eczema over the last few months and had started taking something geared for "Hair Skin and Nails". I'm wondering if anyone has tried anything similar or had any luck with it? Any thoughts?
