Is it ever normal for a dimple to show up on the breasts?

Hello, hope everyone is well.

I think I've noticed this dimple on my left breast before, but for some reason I've noticed it more the past couple of days to the point where I keep looking at it in the mirror now. It's noticeable without any movement and even more noticeable when I push my upper arms forward to squeeze my breasts together—hope that made sense. Being 29 years old, I'm not too concerned with it at the moment because I don't feel like it's something to be alarmed about right now. I know cancer doesn’t discriminate against age, but being under 30 I feel like I should be less worried about it being breast cancer.

I will be going to see the doctor tomorrow, but as of right now I'm just curious to know if dimpling can show up without a reason? I haven’t had any trauma to my breast or anything of that sort.

I have two maternal aunts who have had cancer. I'm not too sure what type of cancer one aunt had, but she did have a total hysterectomy. The other aunt had breast cancer.

Thanks in advance
