Swelling under arm at crease and lump

so I had a diagnostic mammo and u/s about six weeks ago. Birads 3 due to some assymetry in left breast and at 38 first mammo so follow up in six months. About three weeks ago I had pain in armpit and felt what was a soft movable oval bump. Went to urgent care who diagnosed swollen lymph node. F/u last week with primary dr as it was still very painful to touch. She sent me for another u/s of the area and both tech and radiologist spent some time going over that area and tests came back begign for any abnormalities. Radiologists thoug maybe muscle or tissue related. Called dr yesterday who said all was good and f/u in six months however I am still having a lot of pain under my arm when I touch the bump. Also feel swelling in crease od underarm. All painful. Dr called in antibiotic to rules out infections. IM super worried tests could have missed something. Would a lymph node cause swelling and pain? Should I follow up for more tests? Do these tests rule out BC and focus more on infection? Super stressed!

I have a lump in my armpit left and apparently the doctor for one in the right. Overall my breasts are sore. Like if I hug someone ect. I go in for a mammogram and ultrasound. All of my blood test came back normal. I’m scared for the mammogram. Did they tell you your results same day?
