Help needed in deciphering this

Had Mammogram done Monday that was "incomplete" & needed further evaluation. Had 2nd mammogram (diagnostic) done Thursday, followed by an ultrasound after Radiologist looked at mammo. Ultrasound showed "hypoechoic slightly lobulated well-defined nodular density measuring 5x3x6mm" there is also a cluster of cysts close to it measuring 6mm. Bi-rads looks to be 4B. Radiologist suggested biopsy & Gyno referred me over to a Breast Specialist (Surgical Oncology) I am scheduled for Tuesday morning. Can you give me any heads up as to the description of area, worry/don't worry type of thing. Thanks in advance!
