Chunk of skin missing on bottom of breast

Hello, I’m 36 years old with 2 kids, the youngest being 7. My left breast has always been a cup size larger than the right. After 2 pregnancies & some breastfeeding they both have their fair share of stretch marks. Last night I discovered a “circular” area on the underside of my left breast that looks & feels like a chunk of skin is missing. It doesn’t look puckered or pull inwards but it’s not a typical stretch mark line. The tissue feels no different. It almost looks like a scar but pretty sure I would remember an injury. Does anyone else have a stretch mark like this? Please don’t tell me to see a dr, I know that but it’s a holiday weekend & need somewhere to worry. Thank
