Hi everyone,I just joined:) I found a hard pea sized lump on my right breast.. it sort of moves. I had a mammo but they couldn’t see anything. So I had an u/s and the dr said she thinks it may be a fibroadenoma but needs to do a biopsy. I am going tomorrow morning then have to wait 3 business days for results. So with the holiday Tuesday of next week. I am a mess. This is so scary. I’m 37 with two little ones, what if I’m sick? My head is a mess. My my u/s picture looked like a black oval. Just wanted to see if anyone had a similar story.

We know it's scary, but try not to think on the worst outcome. Many, many biopsies come back benign, as you can read in the article Biopsy from our main site, where you can also learn more on the procedure and questions to ask your doctor.
