I have been diagnosed on May 11. My OBGYN detected a small lump on my right breast during an annual exam. Zero history of cancer in my family and only 37 years old and has 2 little kids. This makes me really scared., I eat healthy and exercise regularly. Surgery is on June 18 for lumpectomy.

After learning about it, I have been really having lots of anxiety, I feel like every ache is another disease. Suddenly my hands tingling and can't breath can't sleep. Is this normal?

I am really sorry you are here. Try to take it day by day and not think too much about dark scenarios. Hearing the diagnostic sweeps you off your feet, and can take many months until life feels good again. But things eventually improve after you start your treatment. Anxiety and depression is normal now and can cause a mirriad of symptoms. Many women take antidepressants while going through this

It is best if you post in topics related to your specific diagnosis, such as hormon positive or negative etc.

Also, for your peace of mind you should discuss with your doctor having both a bone scan and a CT body scan. God bless you!
