Barbie's friend, Ken, has come out showing his breast cancer scar one year post surgery. Initially embarrassed, and diagnosed at a later stage, Ken had a radical mastectomy which involved removal of some pectoral muscles. He chose not to have reconstruction and just recently got a tat to highlight the fact that men get this disease too.

US artist Annie Dennison, co-founder of #reastcancerrealitycheck, is well-known for her creative work using Barbie Dolls to highlight the varying aspects of women dealing with breast cancer.

Nope. I'm flat and concave as Ken but no nipples. Too much damage. No surgery as my baby girl was one. We had to play footsie for awhile.

Plus the concave side was radiated and I'm not willing to donate my shoulder muscle plus be cut from hip to hip so boobs can balance out my belly. Got toomuch living to do to have sx plus I'm not sure it's recommended while doing chemo. I'm a lifer.
