First time poster, full time worrier.

I went in for an ultrasound on a palpable lump on Thursday and only just now found the Radiology Report. I understand it a little bit, but not entirely sure. I am booked in for a biopsy Monday.

Right Breast.

In the right axillary region, there is a 15 x 8 x 21 mm heterogenous lesion of slightly angulated configuration and internal vascularity.

There are no other concerning masses. There is an 8 mm cyst at 10 o'clock.

The tissues underlying the nipple-areolar complex likewise normal.

Left Breast.

A few tiny simple cysts are noted.

There are no concerning masses. The tissues underlying the nipple-areolar complex likewise normal. Axillary content is normal.

COMMENT.

The right axillary lesion is of indeterminate nature, possibly a fibroadenoma in the axillary tail. Ultrasound-guided biopsy is advised.

Uncomplicated cysts in the remainder of both breasts.

Right breast. BIRADS 4 Left breast. BIRADS 2

Any advice or translations or anything at all would be very appreciated.
