Brain Fog

Hi! Anyone have brain fog after MX and on Timaxafin? Dam, I can't concentrate . I was on a very low dose of Hormone therapy before my MX, and I felt so good.. 3 days after coming off of them I could not concentrate or stay on task. My onc was like, OH well. NO OH WELL. I'VE GOT LOTS TO DO. Anyone have suggestions on what to take? I need help. What good is cancer free if I can't do my job and run my business. A lot of people have noticed the difference in me. Not good.

Hi Grock- I had LX and I'm on Anestrozole. I think I have brain fog with words - knowing a word, but not being able to come up with it. It may take 5 minutes to remember it, or I just say F it and move on. Tonight I'm not sure if I took 2 Anestrozole pills by mistake, memory isn't functioning on high, brain fog it is. Sorry I'm of no help to you.

Different forums have mentioned taking supplements, vitamins, etc.. to help. You may have to snoop around on different forums to find it. Best of luck to you.

CindyNY-I know I have brain fog with word recall. Not only everyday words, but names of people I've known for 30 years. It is hard. The pill problem I solved. I found a clutch with daily pill containers. The containers have a morning ,noon, evening & bedtime section. I bought four clutches and set them up for a month. At nine AM I can tell if I took my morning meds. At dinner time, if I have noontime pills, I know I forgot to take them. It works well for me. Hope you can find a system that works for you.

Thick as pea soup in the head. Occasionally I get moments of clarity..but usually stumbling for the word, or forgetting what I wanted to do,I just usually give up and say screw it, it will come to me sooner or later.
