Ten years after my diagnosis and reconstruction, it all fell apart....literally. SO I was recently deconstructed (I chose to have both implants removed and go flat while I recover and think about what I want to do, if anything, next)

Because of my "athletic" build, I can get away with almost flat and have already found some items to make life a little easier. I have not had to wear a bra for the past 10 years because my implants were tight so this is all new to me. I can't even remember to put mascara on most days and never wear lipstick so don't see me being a prosthetic kind of girl (and also why I chose to do both sides). I am also terrified of one falling out of my shirt or something.

I have been on the hunt for lightly padded tops that I can just throw on which minimize the fuss but still allow me to not look completely flat or show scaring. Here is what I came up with so far - feel free to add

Coobie bras and tanks with removable padding - can also add a little something but as a layereed top, it was fine with just padding Joanne fabrics has some gel inserts and Amazon has some foam inserts that slide into the padding slit. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HRR347K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

32degrees padded camisole tanks - found on their own site and amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N4AQTPQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

target bathing suits with shelf bras that my friend is tacking the gel inserts into (irrational fear of one floating away if I just stick them in there)

Feel free to add your favorites and thoughts...
