    michelept...my question would be how does the 20 pounds affect the efficiency of the Arimidex. It just always seemed contradictory to say weight loss and exercise are key to reducing recurrence rates and yet both are difficult to accomplish while taking these drugs! Obviously doing both would be the best but how many of us can actually do that? Just food for thought.
