Slight dimple on right breast help!

I am 24 years old and I have noticed a slight dimple on my right breast when I lift my arms, it goes away when I put them down and I also can't see it when I lay down. I have lost about 15 pounds here recently and have also noticed veins but that has been in both breasts. I can't really feel any lumps besides the normal lumps that I have always had from fibrocystic breasts. I have also had a red rash underneath both breasts, don't know if it is due to dry skin or maybe I need a better fitting bra. I am really starting to worry, is this normal? Please help.

    Usually a red rash under your breasts is fungal - warm and damp is the perfect environment for fungal infections. Get some athletes foot powder and use it for a while.

    If you are worried you should always address it with your doctor
