CBD question

So, I've just started taking CBD oil, in a 1000 mg 100% CBD isolate and fractional coconut oil tincture. A friend of mine has recommended a CBD Oil (sublingual spray) that is 1500 mgs of CBD, but then added is a hemp seed extract that is high in CBD value and a small amount of full hemp oil, as a base. The total THC added from that base is 0.03%. My question is does anyone know if the delivery of the oil makes it work better? That is the claim they're making, anyway..that theirs is a more pure “whole" oil. Or might they just really be the same?
