Sharp Pain Right Breast Not Menstrual Related

hi everyone! Just a question....ive had a sharp and dull pain on my right breast near the nipple someone for about a week now. My period is not due for another 2 1/2 weeks and ive never experienced this before. I am high risk for Breast cancer because its in my mothers family very strong...my grandmother had it at age 26. I am 29 almost 30. I have a bit of a hard time determining if i feel new lumps because i have dense breasts. Im just wondering if this should be anything to worry about. I have heard most times cancer is painless, so id like to know if anyone on here had this and found out she did un fact have breast cancer. Any insight i would appreciate! Thank you!
