Multiple excisional biopsies and cosmetic differences?

Hi everyone,

So next week I am having another excisional biopsy after my first one revealed that a small lump I had contained ADH as well as borderline DCIS cells. My surgeon is going back in to remove more tissue to make sure no more dangerous or iffy cells are left. I have pretty small breasts, practically almost flat, and I got away with not having my breast look significantly smaller or mishapened. I'm only 21, so I'm a little insecure and concerned about the cosmetics. Has anyone had a second excisional biopsy and have their breasts stay the same? I know that this is different for anyone, I guess I'm just looking for hope haha. I will definitely bring my concerns up with my surgeon during our pre-op meeting.
